The topic SW Engineering is well-known and yet it is perpetually projected in a new light. We have investigated why Software Engineering has such a broad scope on the one hand, while on the other hand, almost the same challenges must be negotiated again and again.

We go the whole way, from training, recruiting the right SW engineers, via the right project method up to the use and coaching of efficient project management. Our founded knowledge and training help us on this path - and we are guided by decades of experience.

Our teams' training starts at university and higher education colleges, spans practical training and courses in the fields of SW engineering and quality management and is completed in the management of our teams and the transfer of our knowledge. We also offer target coaching for established IT departments to improve efficiency.

Our industry experience ranges from the pharmaceutical industry, via transport telematics, train security systems, automotive up to banking and financing transaction systems.

We are accustomed to successfully implementing the usual requirements of a functioning SW engineering project together with the additional compliance requirements of regulated environments or environments controlled by the authorities. Our work deals with everything from support in current projects, advice and the provision of knowledge, up to the transfer of project parts or overall projects as our own responsibility.
